Our Lifetime Warranty

Every Loskoros jewelry purchase includes our free lifetime warranty covering the craftsmanship and durability of your jewelry. Our commitment ensures your jewelry continues to shine for years to come.

Your warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Loose stones
  • Prong tightening
  • Polishing & cleaning
  • Rhodium plating (for white gold pieces)

Please note: The warranty does not cover lost items, damage due to misuse, theft, or unauthorized repairs. Resizing is not included under this policy. Any third-party modifications or work done on the jewelry will void the warranty.

How to Request a Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty service, please contact our support team at support@loskoros.com with the following:

  • Your original order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the jewelry in question

    • Once received, our team will evaluate your request and provide next steps. In some cases, we may request the item be shipped back to our workshop for inspection. Shipping costs related to warranty services are the responsibility of the buyer.
