At Loskoros, we want you to love your jewelry — and if it’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

We proudly offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on most purchases. Whether you’re returning for a different size, a new style, or simply changed your mind, we want your experience to feel seamless and secure.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days from the date it was delivered, as long as the jewelry is:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Sent back with original packaging and certificates (if applicable)
  • Not a custom, engraved, personalized, or resized item (unless otherwise eligible)

All Create Your Own Studs, standard ready-to-ship jewelry, and most pieces from our core collection are eligible for return or exchange unless specified otherwise on the product page.

Refund & Exchange Options

We offer three easy options for eligible returns:

  • Full Refund to your original payment method
  • Store Credit if you’d like to shop with us again in the future
  • Exchange for a different size or style

Please note: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. We’ll notify you by email once your return has been inspected and approved.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. Buyers are responsible for the cost and coordination of return or exchange shipping.

To ensure safe delivery, we highly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Adding insurance, especially for items over $500
  • Including your return authorization (RMA) or order number clearly in the package

Loskoros is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in return transit.
